We, the participants of this training, are so lucky enough to get such an opportunity ahead of anyone in Sheka if we are committed and dedicated to change and improve the life of our family. We must also transfer what we have learned on this training to many other Manja community members who have not get this opportunity when we back home. |

| This is the only training given aiming to enhance skills and improve the knowledge of Manja community members. This is knowledge; knowledge is wealth according to Manja community traditional perception, the wealth that anyone could not forcefully confiscates or loot from anyone who owns it. We are the 1st to get such exceptional opportunity that targets the marginalized community who are once seen as wild people living in forest not having religion and outcaste by others. But due to time immemorial, we are now getting recognition bit by bit, from time to time and from place to place. Therefore, it is now time for us to demonstrate our ability, endurance and commitment with our inherent quality of overcoming challenges and quality of our internal strength by applying the lesson that we have gained from this training practically on the ground. We have to demonstrate that if not for an opportunity such as this, we have not lacking an ability that other could have had. | ||||||||||||||||||
| We have to show our ability and demonstrate what we have learnt where other could come and learn from us. Let we test ourselves and move forward towards sustaining both our livelihoods and our natural environment. Let we swear not to go back to that of dirty business and collect our hand from our natural forest. | ||||||||||||||||||
| MELCA has done what others do not for us. Still we are expecting a lot from this reputable organization and I want to ask them to prepare similar training on how to prepare different food from these vegetables and income management what our community is lacking. Because we do not have skill how to prepare meals and lots of wastage while preparing. We also lacking how to manage our income and most of us spent money that we generate on useless things. | ||||||||||||||||||
